School Business Manager

Salary: Scale PO5 – points 39 to 42 (£45,594 to £48,576 per annum)

Position type: All year round; 35 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a School Business Manager. The School Business Manager will work directly with the Headteacher to manage the financial and business affairs of the school, the premises, human resources, IT, lead the School’s support staff, and undertake general administration. As a member of the School’s Senior Leadership Team, the SBM will contribute to the School’s strategic development planning.

 

The successful applicant will be a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual; who will have a proven and successful record in financial management, will be organised and a strong administrator, and have a proven track record of effective leadership and the control and management of projects. It is a role that requires the applicant to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Teaching Assistants

Salary: Scale 4 – points 7 to 10 (£24,279 to £25,614 per annum) (pro rata)

Position type: Term-time only; 35 hours per week

There is an exciting opportunity to become one of out Teaching Assistants within our school and to work with a dedicated team of teachers and enthusiastic children. In this role you will use current and innovative strategies that support pupils, teachers and the curriculum to achieve learning goals. Applicants must have previous successful experience of working with children and be able to demonstrate good numeracy, literacy skills as well as a good knowledge of IT to support learning activities.
