Government guidelines strongly advise parents not to take holidays in term time. Any such absence will therefore be unauthorised. Every day and every lesson counts and time away from school counts as lost learning time. The school agrees with the Government and is concerned if any child fails to attend school regularly. Attendance is carefully monitored in line with the school's attendance and punctuality policy.
