At St Helen’s Catholic Primary School we are able to offer after school clubs and an extended childcare service through ClubsComplete. Clubs start back on Thursday 2nd September 2021.
Based on parental feedback the following set activities will be available initially:
Activity Club: 3:20- 4:20pm £5.20 per child per session
Monday: Get Creative! (3:20-4:20pm)
Tuesday: Multi Sports (3:20-4:20pm)
Wednesday: Street Dance (3:20-4:20pm)
Thursday: Mad Labs (3:20-4:20pm)
Friday: Fun Club (3:20-4:20pm)
For those parents who would like their children to stay later, the following options are available from Monday to Thursday:
Explore club: 4:20-5:30pm £5.20 per child per session
Monday - Thursday Explore Club (4:20-5:30pm)
During this club, ClubsComplete will provide a nutritious snack for your child and there will be a range of activities provided.

Once the Ofsted registration has returned the company will also be able to accept childcare vouchers as a form of payment for clubs and these will finish at 5:30pm for those families.
Safeguarding and Health and Safety
All members of ClubsComplete staff are DBS checked, qualified and experienced working with children and have undertaken safeguarding children training.
During the clubs, children will be split according to their class bubbles and will have set zoned areas during the club which they will use. All equipment used during the clubs will be cleaned before, during and after the sessions. Staff will ensure that children are washing and sanitizing their hands throughout the sessions. At the club the company working with the children will be using spaces indoors and outdoors which they will use throughout the week and these spaces are cleaned throughout the session and are deep cleaned each day when the club has finished.
Parents and family members must not enter the venue at any point during the club due to health and safety, the company will have representatives ready to welcome you in the evening to receive a full handover about your child. Please be reminded that parents must line up following the social distancing measures until the staff member hands over their child at the door.
The company must have all details on file prior to your child attending the club so please ensure you complete all the questions on your account for your child for the details required. If the company have not received a registration form prior to your child attending they will not be able to attend. In order to adhere with the school’s safeguarding policy and ClubsComplete’s safeguarding policy, it is vital that the company are informed if your child is due to attend one of the clubs and therefore must be booked in for each session that you wish for them to attend. Equally, if your child is not able to attend a club you have booked, you must contact ClubsComplete and the school so that your child’s name is removed from the register in adherence with Safeguarding policies.
